Advice
Make sure to ask a lot of questions, and request feedback often. Take advantage of the opportunities to observe other sectors of the business.

What I liked
Everyone at KBX was very nice and always willing to help when I had questions. Housing was provided which made the move to Green Bay easier. I felt like even people outside of my department were always open to meeting with me and helping me learn more about the industry which was very helpful.
What I wish was different
Since I am not from Green Bay, I think a little more opportunity to work remote would have been nice.
Advice
This is a great experience even if you do not have a background in transportation. You will learn a lot about the industry very quickly. Ask lots of questions.
