The people you work with are incredibly understanding and helpful when giving you tasks. The supervisors have patience for the interns and respect the difficulty of juggling school and part time jobs as well. You learn a lot about property management, working day to day with tasks to ensure client and tenant wellness. Furthermore, you also get a glimpse at what goes into running a growing company.

With any task given, think about the general principle that you can take out of it and how it relates to the experience of the tenant or the business itself. Further, reflect on what you do and keep track of your tasks within the company.
