I loved the supportive environment and how I was treated as a permanent member of the company, even with my role as an intern. My Quali team members valued my input and made sure I am contributing in various aspects of qualitative research.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more opportunities to directly present the findings to the clients. While I did interact with clients and took part in client debriefing and report writing, I wasn't allowed to take part in the final presentations.

Always be willing to help! Go the extra mile if you want to learn and grow as part of the company!
