I loved working with my two passions (baseball and broadcasting) in multiple different ways! Through writing, live on air play by play and color commentary, keeping stats and creating features.
What I wish was different
Advice
KNOW BASEBALL PLEASE!!! The job is possible without baseball knowledge but is annoying for the rest of your intern team having to teach you everyday.

What I liked
Being around a stadium atmosphere day-in and day-out, interacting with the fans every game
What I wish was different
When I first started, all of the departments kind of did their own thing, so there wasn't a lot of cooperation until everyone got to work with each other more
Advice
Don't be afraid to inquire about other areas outside of your specific internship department, they were very accommodating in allowing you the opportunity to experience different aspects all throughout the summer
