What I liked
I was treated as an equal partner in planning and curriculum developing, while I was trusted to complete the assigned tasks without constant supervision.
What I wish was different
Because of the busy summer for all, I didn't get to interact with the great people around me as much as I would have liked to. I wish I could have participated in more collaborative work with toher interns and staff.

What I liked
I liked working with kids, especially the kids that dealt with behavioral issues. Also there was a great comradere at KNC, we were all going through the same hard work.
What I wish was different
The job was great, the living situation was awful but I didn't have options so I had to take it.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for help. Dealing with 12 kids at a time is a large challenge, and they will always always send you help. I did not use this and I think I could have been a lot less exhausted if I had.
