What I liked

They really let you get involved and dive in as far as you are willing to go. You can gain tons of valuable knowledge in the automotive industry, injection molding, manufacturing, and assembly. There are a lot of very smart people here to learn from!

What I wish was different

I wish I could have been there for launch. You learn so much during launches, and I had to head back to school right in the thick of it.

Advice

It pays off to be an independent, hard worker at this plant. If I were a little more confident in my own work I believe I could have accomplished a lot more here.
