What I liked
I absolutely love the team and overall environment. Everyone is so knowledgably, but yet humble and helpful. There is a bit of an age gap with my other coworkers, but it doesn't bother me at all. Jtec is also a great company, very much of a family feel to it. They have fun things for the employees like fruit cup/fun shirt Fridays, wellness Wednesdays with protein bars, and various lunches for employees throughout the year.
