Co-workers took an interest in mentoring and teaching me. Work given to me was very meaningful. Lots of exposure to how a deal works.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have seen a deal complete, I had to leave a month short of two deals closing.

Advice

Ask as many questions as possible, but make sure to do your research to ask meaningful questions and not waste your boss's time.
