Joyner Fine Properties

Marketing and Communications Intern

May - August 2019 • Richmond, VA

What I liked

The work environment was fast-paced, but fun. I learned a lot about the ins and outs of Real Estate. The job was very flexible and I gained valuable experience in a variety of ways.

What I wish was different

I wish the hourly wage was better, but I understand it wasn't a highly skilled job to perform. I also wish there would have been a bit more organization. The hours I worked were not consistent each week.

I would say enjoy the job while you can and network with the people you meet. I was able to come across many real estate agents who gave great advice on how to become a real estate agent and how to be successful in your work.
