Very flexible, limited hours, relevant experience to my workplace, treated as an equal
What I wish was different
I wish it would have been more hands-on. It was a lot of sitting in the office and doing coverage. One of the executives offered for us to sit in on meetings but the opportunities to do so were few and far between.

Be more outgoing and get to know everyone!
