What I liked

The managers are patient and willing to teach. The schedules are flexible.

What I wish was different

How quickly we went through the workbook about the brand and it's products. I felt like I was just filling things out and not retaining anything. I had to relearn a lot of the stuff about what makes our shoes special and shoe care on the sales floor.


Ask lots of questions, even if you know you've already asked it before. There's a lot to remember, so don't be discouraged if you don't get all the information about the shoes the first week.
