What I liked
Great people, great culture, great work environment. I appreciated the emphasis on sustainability, too.
What I wish was different
The company's recent instability made me decide to not return this summer and to instead look to get another company to create and develop a relationship with.
Advice
Whatever you put into an internship at JCI is what you will get out of it. Work hard, ask questions while providing solutions of your own, and you will be warmly welcomed and grow as a professional.
