What I liked

- The trust I have received from my immediate supervisor and the officers of the board. Their willingness to allow me to do the job I was hired to do and implement new ideas. - The opportunity to be creative and do things outside of the box. I also like the immediate reporting structure, I have a great boss and team. - Variety of work and people, travel, flexible work hours during non-event days. Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks.

What I wish was different

I wish I had been open to challenging myself and could have spent more time working with this company.

Advice

It is a great opportunity when you have an industrial internship. This will help to enhance your professional context. Be a team player and don't be too self-centered. A person who works well with others will be admired more than someone who works alone. This is one of the most important pieces of advice and guidance for future success as a leader.
