The Bridgeport District Office was a great working environment. Fellow staff and interns were friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my time there.
What I wish was different
I wish that the desk chairs were a bit comfier, since we sit for extended periods of time. I also wish we had caller ID so we could know who we were about to speak with.
Advice
Be comfortable taking and making phone calls. That is at least 50% of the work.
