What I liked

The flexibility, traveling around the area, being able to listen to music and podcasts while I worked, not being stuck at the store all the time and the good tip money.

What I wish was different

I wish I hadn't had to have worked on Sundays, and that it was a little more informative work. Also, some of my coworkers were rather unsavory.

Advice

That delivery driving is a great way to earn some extra cash

What I liked

The interpersonal communication and flat-like organizational structure. I have a lot of working freedom in addition to getting substantial hours.

What I wish was different

Having a more structured way of hiring and training new workers. New employees are often underage and cannot complete a lot of tasks necessary to run shifts smoothly. In addition, many new employees are taught by different people, each person having their own way of doing an action/task.

Advice

Always do what your are told immediately and cover as many shifts as possible!
