What I liked

Fantastic people. Events were amazing. The autonomy of work was great. I got to experience some of everything and never felt like I was in a rut.

What I wish was different

I did sometimes wish it had been slightly more structured. Also I was not always budgeted for 40 hours per week.

Advice

Be ready to do some of everything and create your own work at times. It's not super hard to go above and beyond if you do those things.
