Job Description
Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking to build a strong team of warm and friendly crew members with the backing of our leadership team; who will do so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the perfect sub with a smile. If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented person, then this job is for you!
Basic Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Work well with a team of crew members
Capability to learn skills quickly
Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
Food service experience is a plus (although not required)
Has the ability to lead
Thrive in the Jersey Mike’s process
Keep in Mind our Team Members also need to:
Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect the brand.
Work independently and use own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities.
Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and employees.
