The summer intern project that I completed with just a team of interns was very fulfilling.
The 100% flexible schedule is really convenient.
What I wish was different
I wasnt kept 100% busy but that's not always a super bad thing.
Advice
I think working for JEO fulltime would be awesome in any department but I think the WRED and the WIG departments are a little more fun.

Water infrasturcture WIG Intern
December 2017 • Omaha, NE
What I liked
I liked they gave different types of tasks from different people. I worked on tasks from all the different types of civil engineering which is good for experience. This also helped me in finding out what I like and what I do not want to do. The work environment and people were always friendly and relaxed. I learned a great deal through my experience at JEO.
What I wish was different
I wish I recieved more feedback on each task. Would have been nice to learn multiple ways on how to efficiently perform a task. Seems they were rushed most of the time.
Advice
Don't wait for feedback, ask for it. Ask alot of questions, it may seem like you are bothering them but they are your mentors and enjoy when your involved.

Advice
Try an experience early that you may not be completely sure about so you know if that isn't what you want to do. At least try to get into a company to begin with as there may always be ways in which you can move to a different department.
