The managers were really open to fostering growth and made the job feel as though we were like a family.
What I wish was different
There was some confusion due to COVID but overall if you jumped right in it paned out.
Advice
Don't be afraid to speak up if you don't know something. In a fast-pace environment, it is easier to be taught than to do it wrong and then have the whole team fix your mistake. If you are uncomfortable, speak up.
