Jefferson Healthcare is a DNV accredited, fully integrated health care system, with numerous accreditations and awards. We are the primary healthcare provider for more than 25,000 residents of East Jefferson County on the Olympic Peninsula. Jefferson Healthcare employees over 800 employees and is the largest employer in Jefferson County. We are a critical access, public hospital district providing services to residents of east Jefferson County. It is operated as a municipal corporation with five elected commissioners who oversee the district's operations. We recently received a 90% on our employee survey on "I would work here again."
