The small office and atmosphere allowed for a lot of independence with work. I had the opportunity to try ideas to see if they flourished, as well as collaborate with my supervisor and communicate directly on projects. My supervisor was incredible.
What I wish was different
That I could've stayed longer!

Use the independence to your advantage. Have ideas, present them, and then run with it to see what happens.
