What I liked
I liked the community among my co-workers, as well as the overall friendly atmosphere of this work environment.
What I wish was different
Communication and camaraderie with my supervisors. I focused too much on personal obstacles rather than giving campers the best summer possible.

Always act for the campers rather than for yourself.
