Process engineering for food and beverage is a huge field, and this was a great way to acquire skills and experience that were not taught in the classroom.
What I wish was different
I wish that there had been more project work and travel for me to do while I was there, I interned there during a relatively slow slow season.
Advice
There was so much great information to learn. What you learn in the field will for the most part be more useful when building your resume than almost any class you can take.
