They truly care about the people that work for them. The small design group is a plus.
What I wish was different
I wish the company valued the design group more. As a stronger input, the design group could help influence the products JASCO manufactures much more than they do.
Advice
If you are thinking about an internship, I would encourage you to pursue it. It will give you valuable experience you will need to become a valued professional in the design, marketing and sales field.

What I liked
I was given full responsibility and trust on projects. The team I worked with was awesome. They are producing the product that you designed.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have worked on something that involved more research for the design process.

Regardless of the experience you have, put in the effort and it will be of value to you.
