What I liked

I liked the exposure to how a software company operates, the confidence I gained from working with unknown codebases, and the experience of working on a scrum team.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more training while there and more involvement by my mentor.

Advice

Be proactive with finding work/solutions and get comfortable with working with git and industry standard IDEs.

What I liked

I worked on the Research team, so I got to experience a whole different type of innovation in the technology field. By creating and presenting my work, I got great experience with new technology. The company has a fantastic culture and great values that makes me proud to say I work for them.

What I liked

I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere that Jamf has. They are serious about their business, but you can dress how you'd like and work in any environment.. in a booth, at a desk, on a couch, outside, at starbucks! I also enjoyed we were able to use a Macbook throughout the summer for work. I was also able to make my project my "own" and really got to have freedom.
