I loved being outdoors the whole time and working with kids teaching them something I love. Meeting new people from all over the world and making lasting friendships with many of them
What I wish was different
I wish I had gone in with more of an idea about the goals I wanted to accomplish and the plans I had to accomplish them. I think this is difficult to implement in the future because my goals developed and evolved during my time there. A decent portion of them were inspired by events that happened after I arrived, making goal setting beforehand difficult.
Advice
I future I will set goals that are adaptable and make sure to stay open minded. This will allow me to have a better idea of where to start next time while still using the initial few days as a guide for where to go next.

What I liked
The job is extremely fun and you get to know a bunch of interesting people really well.
What I wish was different
There is not a lot of feedback from the administration and don't really accept mistakes, its a zero-tolerance policy. Its also really hard to get enough sleep. There is also virtually no access to mental health resources in the area.
Advice
Very fun, glad I did it, but be prepared to be challenged physically and mentally.
