What I liked
The team of people accept you for who you are and are respectable. Enjoyed the Plant floor atmosphere. Team handled a group of new interns spectacularly and met great people.
What I wish was different
I wish organization of the company had been in place for about 3 more years. More so, thankful that change is being made. It was what it needed to be, a great opportunity.

Working for a smaller portion of a large company allowed me to take on an important project that I love to talk about in interviews.
