This gave me a good experience in customer service and helped me build some managerial skills.

I hoped the management was a little more responsive to their employee's complaints and explanations about things going in the restaurant.
Advice
Overall, working for Jack in the Box was pleasant because I had great co-workers there. When you have a tough customer to deal with, just breath and always remember that a smile and a little more patience will go a long way.
