The staff were exceptionally smart and attentive when it came to waiting tables. Each waiter, cook, and bartender were all the nicest people ever and I came to love each and every one of them as my time went on there.
What I wish was different
I wish that they didn't take away our tips as hosts. It was completely unnecessary and it lowered my net pay by nearly a third.
Advice
If you work in a restaurant, everyone is relying on each other to keep everything running. Make sure that you keep yourself on your feet and always try to be as nice of a person as possible even when things get heated.
