Great company to work with, everyone their is spectacular and really feels like a close knit family. The project managers give you a lot of insight into the field and help you learn the most throughout the summer. It is great being in an environment where your decision making skills are put to the test when alone on a project, but if you need help it is only a phone call away.
What I wish was different
I wish you could spend more time with the senior project managers, but during the summer it is very hectic for them so their time is limited. Also wish you could get to see the aspect of the in office work which you only get a tiny glimpse of when visiting the office.
Advice
It may seem overwhelming at first to be handed so much responsibility, but as long as you have confidence in yourself and realize you have an entire team who will help you succeed, then it becomes easier to handle anything you may encounter.
