What I liked
I love being able to interact with people on a personal level. Many people don't enjoy being in a hospital, and I hope that my part can make their stay a little more enjoyable.
What I wish was different
Nothing at the moment. I am still currently working at this job.
Advice
Go for it. The beginning of this job was rough for me, it takes a while to get comfortable talking to patients in this kind of environment. They are in a vulnerable state and trust you to take care of them and feed them. This job has definitely challenged my customer experience skills, and helped to improve my speaking skills, as well as my life.
