Loved the opportunity to learn about multiple museum departments within a small museum and be immersed in art every day. My supervisor did an amazing job of answering questions and explaining new concepts. I was able to balance work that needed to be done with found opportunities to use my particular interests, such as research and writing.
What I wish was different
The seminars each week were a little too frequent - I feel like the format was not hands-on enough consistently, and therefore these felt kind of repetitive or unhelpful, though their goal was to network us within the museum and teach us about different roles. I feel like I got more of the relationship building organically while at work.
Advice
Don't be afraid to try something new and ask for more responsibilities or ask your supervisor to work with you creatively to make work that both refines and demonstrates your skills and interests. Everyone at the Museum is incredibly kind, supportive, and dedicated to the Ambassador's success.

What I liked
The interaction with other departments, particularly the curatorial department. Additionally, the inclusivity on events and planning was great.
What I wish was different
More hands-on event work, but thats personally my interest. My internship was everything it was described to be.
Advice
Be professional; Learn to be professional. It is not school, and there are standards to meet aesthetically and punctually.
