ITS was very welcoming and put me to work immediately. My internship with them offered a great balance of on the job learning and satisfaction in accomplishing tangible things for the company. I was able to learn and build upon my technical skills while working with established employees who were always willing to help.
What I wish was different
While ITS is certainly growing in size, I only worked with one other intern and sometimes just on my own. I would have loved to share the experience with more people.
Advice
If you are looking for a very technical internship experience, then this is a perfect internship.
