What I liked

I enjoyed the hands-on learning experience. The position was directly applicable to the HR field, and it provided me with insight about career paths I would want to pursue after graduation. Our supervisors were also super fun and always checking in with our work and progress to be sure we understood our tasks.

What I wish was different

The hours during the actual Fair itself were a bit intense, but I learned about the work it takes to plan and facilitate a yearly event from this as well.

Advice

Be prepared to learn a lot! I've learned multitudes from this internship that I can't receive or experience in just a regular classroom. The environment and reputation of this event is crucial, but it's also super educational in return.
