I like how Capstone Nutrition is a home friendly environment with a great culture diversity.
What I wish was different
I wish I had learned more HR recruit but due to external circumstances at the time, the opportunity wasn’t there. I still learn a lot about the organization as a whole and got related with different departments.
Advice
Ask questions, get involved and don’t be afraid to be in a new environment. Even if you don’t have experience, do your best to learn about new projects.

I really enjoyed the people and the work environment. They were all so friendly and easy to work with.

I wish there were more set jobs for me to do. It was very sporadic and difficult to know what to do some days.
