What I liked

The company had an open-office atmosphere and I was given several resources to turn to if I had questions. Although I was given specific problems to solve, I was given freedom to solve them in the best way I saw fit; I had mentors there to support me, but I was able to use my own knowledge and creativity within my work and it made me feel useful and appreciated.

What I wish was different

I do wish the data analytics team was larger. It was just my supervisor and myself who made up the department; however, this is mostly due to the fact that the company is still young and growing.

Advice

Going into this internship I wish I had more experience with different coding languages. I had to learn a lot of languages on the job, wish made my work progress slower; however, I did learn the language faster this way and ended up coming out of the internship having completely learned two other coding languages.
