I enjoyed getting to work under different analysts and the collegial environment. Everyone was extremely helpful and the mock pitch at the end of the summer was a great experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that Intrepid would have been more up front as to return offers. I waited months to find out whether or not I received one. I also think the pay should have been better for the amount of work we were doing. We were paid the lowest of any Investment Bank as far as I know.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is just taking every opportunity you can to get more work. If you continually ask for work, you'll get to learn more from the various analysts who are all incredibly smart and very talented at what they do.
