Learning based, Great to be able to learn how help desk and administration jobs work in a legitimate environment. Its no retail job, much more laid back but people take it seriously if that makes sense.
What I wish was different
At the start it was uncertain what we were supposed to be doing, but even that has gotten better.
Advice
Go in knowing a bit about powershell and networking and you will do great.
