I liked everything about this internship. This was my 2nd year joining this team. I’ve met so many people last year and got to meet new people this year. They are very open to teaching you different things. They also was nice about having conversations to helping me figure out life after school.

Very good for working with my school schedule, flexible hours.
What I wish was different
I wish the alternative work schedule, (the ability to choose a schedule that isn't a preset option) was available for part-time work as well as for pathways interns, as I would make more money.
Advice
If you want stability and predictability, and you are ok with routine actions you can do while listening to music or audiobooks or podcasts, this is a good job, especially during school.

What I liked
Observed a well-functioning team of developers, testers, analysts, and managers. Learned about software engineering concepts and software and network architecture. Learned about the Agile mindset and methodologies. Learned about the impact of the IRS.
What I wish was different
Bureaucracy caused the work setup process to take up more than half of the internship, so I wasn't able to contribute much to the project.
Advice
Take notes. Take initiative to learn. If possible, ask for tasks that align with what you are most interested to learn about.
