What I liked

Working on projects aimed to improve customer satisfaction and care delivered by providers, researching best practices and collecting data for various clinical pilots, attending meetings with healthcare leaders to discuss quality metrics

What I wish was different

I wish that I had more projects than I was given sometimes- there were days when the workload greatly diminished and I wished I was kept busier.

Don't be afraid to ask questions or propose new ideas- everyone there loves to hear outside input.
