Working for Integrity Engineering Solutions is unique because the company does not have a ceiling on what an intern is allowed to do. When I began, I worked on construction administration work and drawing details in AutoCAD. I now work on an array of projects from residential foundation designs to retail framing designs.
This company is also very flexible with my schedule. I work full time during the summers, but part-time during my semesters. I also have the privilege to work from home part of the time.

Advice
Do not be afraid to ask questions! Asking questions and fully understanding projects will make you a much better engineer.
