What I liked

I liked the laid back working environment of the company and the inclusion you felt in the company from your first day. The work I did was not intern busy work, but rather projects that matter towards the company. If there was something you did not know how to do, there were many other employees ready and willing to help you.

What I wish was different

Advice

Do not feel uncomfortable in asking how to do something or if you do not know a coding language well. There is always room to learn more.

What I liked

I loved the learning-centric environment that Integrichain provided me throughout the summer. There was an emphasis on teaching me the things I need to know to be a successful member of a software development team. Traveling to center city every day was also interesting considering I have never lived or worked in a city.
