What I liked
i3 has a phenomenal culture. Everyone here is friendly, professional, accessible, and eager to help. They told us when they onboarded us (the interns) that they wanted to leave us better than they found us, and they really worked to make that happen. If you are the kind of person that likes your supervisor to be hands off and to be given freedom to run with your ideas, then this is the place for you. If you are teachable and driven, then you will fit in well here.
What I wish was different
I have no complaints.
Advice
Everyone here is busy and working hard. If you prefer to be more heavily managed and given your tasks daily, then you probably won't enjoy working here.
Also, go and talk to everyone that you can and ask them career advice. Everyone will make time for you.
