The amount of diversity and engagement in the work. As part of the product development team working with tissue and regenerative technologies, the work was always interesting and changes and grows daily. The team is supportive and patient and is a tremendous pleasure to work with.
What I wish was different
Advice
Never be afraid to apply yourself. I have seen others stay to simple tasks, but I was able to expand to numerous projects and impact a large portion of the work that went on during my time. Also, trust is a major component with high impact and high cost like this, so it is important to develop a relationship with your boss to work collaboratively, where you can act independently and with high level materials while they can do the same, thus benefiting both parties at the same time; you get more experience and they don't have to walk you through everything and the project can progress.
