Lots of different projects which gave me a variety of insight on how quality is important to basically everything. Learned lots of different things and was trusted with large and important projects!
What I wish was different
I wish I had more interactions with the quality engineers who worked on production floors. Maybe I'll get to do this in the future.
Advice
Always be willing to learn and be a sponge. While being a sponge for information, be willing to throw an idea out, someone may like it!

What I liked
A lot of opportunity for creative leadership and project management.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more responsibilities to keep the work interesting through the entire time.
Advice
When working as a production intern, don't be afraid to use all of your knowledge and stick to what you know would be the best option for the project.

What I liked
I love my boss, he is the one that has been making my experience here great. I feel as though your experience here and how beneficial it is is very dependent on who you have as your boss.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more training at the beginning. There was hardly any so I was a little lost the first couple weeks which could have been pretty easily avoided.
Advice
I can’t stress this enough—you get as much out of it as you put into it.
