I liked the type of work of data analytics as well as the shadowing of calls. I learned a lot from there.
What I wish was different
Some days I wouldn't have much work so I wish I had more opportunities as well as learning opportunities.
Advice
I would say to reach out more. I think it's important to meet the rest of the team and get to know them better so they're more comfortable giving work.
