I enjoyed the freedom to explore what interested me the most and the talented engineers and researchers there at IBHS were very supportive of those interests.
What I wish was different
I wish they would have brought the Icy Freeze truck around more often!
Advice
Go into this experience with an open mind and willingness to try everything. You never know what you might have a passion for.

What I liked
I enjoyed the diverse projects and staff. The CEO was very involved and HR did a great job with the intern program.
What I wish was different
It was remote due to COVID. I wish it was in person.
Advice
Ask lots of questions and try to get involved in everything you are interested in.
