What I liked
I loved the collaborative and friendly event at INSIGHT. The typical "corporate culture" does not exist here. Everyone really interacts like they are part of one team with a common mission: to drive value to our clients through a variety of services. At INSIGHT, I was consistently challenged both personally and professionally. The entire team takes a genuine interest in your success and allows you to have the experience that you are looking for. To that end, this internship is not cookie-cutter; you have the opportunity to shape it to get what you are looking for from it.

Advice
Make sure to think about and communicate your goals for the summer to your mentor and others you work with. The team wants to see you grow and develop, but they can't do that effectively if they don't know what you're looking to get out of the program.

What I liked
They had a well developed intern program. The work I received was meaningful. The job was challenging and pushed me to grow every single day. I learned a ton and got a lot out of the internship. The people I worked with were also very motivated and fun to work with.
