I like that they are more laid back compared to other health care settings, like long-term care since they are considered more home health.
What I wish was different
I do wish the pay was more, but I've just gotten a dollar raise and I've been there 5 months so that's pretty sweet and more competitive with what I'd make as a CNA
Advice
I think since I have prior care experience it made this job a lot easier by comparison since you are working with one person at a time. I also would prefer it to have some education training required since unlicensed facilities can be questionable but they do provide online classes and yearly class requirements which is good.
