What I liked
I was given projects that actually mattered. I've had other internships where I just did busy work and little tasks that didn’t matter. Here, I was trusted to do work that made a difference in our work and reflected on the company, so I was more motivated to do my best. Also, Amanda is the most amazing boss I’ve ever had: she pushed me to do my best, and that usually meant better than I thought I could do, but at the same time she was very encouraging and patient with me. Everyone here was very gracious when I made mistakes, and when I didn’t know how to do something, they always had time to pause their work and teach me instead of just giving me something easier to do. Every person here made me feel part of the team, which makes it very weird for me to leave, because I feel so loyal to IMG.
